Please note for orders you will need to provide a valid Credit Card Number, Delivery address, Postal Code and Contact Phone number and any personal message that you would like to include when you place an order, however for security reasons we do not store your credit card details and you will need to enter these each time you place an order.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the condition it was received, in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware certain perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
